Store Merchandising
Because I worked the floor every day, merchandising became instinctive. I paid close attention to how people entered the store, what caught their eye first, and where conversations naturally led. The goal was to surface new inventory immediately while using layout, sightlines, and spacing to lead customers toward the upholstery center, encouraging discovery without interrupting their experience.
